Delete your Maintenance & Delivery account

You can delete your account here without installing the app, or in the app: Account → Delete account.

What happens next?

  • Your account data is destroyed or anonymised: name, mobile, email, addresses and photos.
  • Invoices are kept for the period the law requires, then destroyed.
  • Your ratings stay published without your name.

Deletion can’t proceed while you have:

  • An active order that isn’t complete
  • An open dispute
  • A wallet balance not yet withdrawn (you can withdraw it first)
